• Due to agreements with our distributors, we are only able to ship to U.S. zip codes.
  • Please provide a secure shipping address if you will not be home to receive your package, such a business address, or have your package shipped to a friend or neighbor who will be home to receive it for you. Unfortunately package thefts occasionally happen, and we are unable to file a claim with our shipping carriers if your package is stolen after delivery.
  • We care about the Earth! We reuse shipping cartons and packing materials whenever possible. This also helps us keep our shipping costs down so that we can continue to offer free domestic shipping on orders over $120.
  • We will ship your order through USPS or UPS standard ground delivery.  Most orders ship the same day or the following business day. 
  • Orders shipping to the lower 48 states are usually delivered within 2-10 business days.
  • Sales Tax: Any order shipping to a Kansas address will have applicable Kansas sales tax applied.
  • Returns and Exchanges: You are responsible for the shipping cost to return items to us. On an item-for-item exchange, we will cover the cost to ship the replacement pair back to you.
  • Repairs: We no longer accept repairs by mail, but if you visit our store for your repair estimate, you may request to have your repair order shipped to you once it is finished. Outbound shipping is based on the number of pairs on the repair order. See chart above for details.
